This is a one-month coaching container, in which I will guide you back to your vibrant self, your truth, and the passions that light you up. You will have several one-on-one sessions, including meditations and breathwork. You will also have access to other guided meditations, breathwork, & yoga practices outside of our sessions.

In this offering we will work together to find your truth through a variety of modalities, including astrology readings. These readings help us find your life & soul’s purpose efficiently. We will also utilize the Dharma Blueprint method created by Sahara Rose. This will help you narrow down what your gift, your SUPERPOWER, to humanity is. AKA what you are meant to do during this lifetime!

In the end, you will be clear on what you want to pursue (whether as a side hustle or full-time); Your TRUTH: what makes you happy, & fulfilled, while best serving humanity & how to pursue your interests in your current, or new, lifestyle.

This is a 3-month program where we will meet several times one-on-one and in group calls. We will discover your unique life & soul’s purpose, what specific karma and trauma you came to this lifetime with via astrology readings. Our sessions will also include meditations, breathwork, and diving deep into your shadows. Your shadows, karma, and trauma are unique to you. We will work on these via thought-stopping processes, breaking down your false beliefs, & rewiring your brain to be a healthy support system you can utilize in your growth for the positive, not to your detriment.

This offering takes the TRUTH container and combines it with more in-depth process of working through what holds you back from moving forward, choosing yourself, and pursuing your passions. This work is hard, confronting, & REWARDING. I am here to support you!

In the end of our time together, you will have the confidence to pursue your life’s purpose without the fears, societal constructs/programming, and limiting beliefs that hold you back. You will leave with the tools to guide you for a lifetime.

A 6-month guided container to set you free. We will meet three times a month giving you one week to integrate the month’s work. You will also have access to group coaching calls.

This container combines TRUTH and BONES where we discover your life’s purpose and what holds you back from pursuing what you are meant to do in this lifetime.

This is the most in depth and comprehensive approach to your healing journey. At the end of our six months together, you will be ready to leap into what lights you up with confidence & clarity in your goals and the tools needed to keep you on the path we cultivated.
